What we collect
When you use the "Book Consultation" form on this site, we collect the details you enter: your name, phone number and/or email address, city, the service and market you are interested in, your preferred contact method and time, and any note you add. To limit spam we also process your IP address transiently for rate limiting, and, where enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that the request comes from a person. Beyond this we collect only standard, non-identifying analytics (page views and general traffic patterns), and only if analytics is enabled.
How we use it
Information submitted through the consultation form is used solely to respond to your enquiry and, if you engage us, to provide our chartered accountancy services. We do not sell, rent, or share this information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Third-party processors
Consultation form submissions are delivered to us via Resend, an email delivery service. Resend processes this data only to transmit the email and is bound by its own privacy and security practices. If analytics is enabled on this site, Google Analytics may set cookies to measure aggregate traffic; it does not receive the contents of the consultation form.
Data retention
We retain enquiry information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request or, if you become a client, for the duration of our engagement and as required by applicable professional and tax record-keeping obligations.
Your rights
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you've submitted to us by contacting us at caritikkalra@gmail.com.
